I've been back a few more times I've decided that I do like this place. It's not the best sushi I've ever had but it was pretty good , close parking not that great but it's OK. Service is fine. They're constantly running around so if you get your food pretty quick. it's a busy place so, that's good. I do recommend that you try it it is it's a good place.

We went to put down some sushi (all you can eat). For dinner all you can eat Sushi is 30 per person and we have been to a few others in CO that also do an all you can eat. Most of been a huge disappointment but Sushi Katsu gave of a different vibe. When we walked in the please seemed clean and well lit. Very friendly from the beginning. The all you can eat menu had a very good selection. Probably about 50 rolls, 20 sushi and a lot of apps and specialties to choose from for this price. I brought the entire family and we weren't there to screw around. First order we orders about 74 pieces that took up over 3 trays. All the sushi tasted fresh and were put together very well. We mowed that plate down like it was just our apps. Next order we hit up the favorites from the first order and added another 60 items. So now were sitting at 134 and a few of the smaller Fred people are starting to get a little full. This is why I brought the big guy with me. Big Jim can kill some sushi and that exactly what he did. The third order had and there 42 pieces of sushi and rolls. 176 to this point and I rwas about done but I got talked into another plate of 33 which ended put night at 209 but don't worry we had room for 5 orders of Icecream. Our favorites were Volcano, 911, and Heart Attack Roll. But to be honest they were all good. We will definitely be back.

We're in town for a wedding and tried out Sushi Katsu on a whim because it was within walking distance of our hotel. The food is delicious & the portions are incredibly generous for the price. Our service was super fast, and our waitress was attentive and sweet. The atmosphere is casual and there's plenty of parking.

I have found that I don't eat enough for the all you can eat dinner My boyfriend definitely did though! The price for all you can eat is not bad! The fried rice and chicken katsu were my favorite! My boyfriend ate so much sushi! He had 10 pieces of sashimi and 2 rolls I believe. Everything had great flavor, the fish tasted fresh, and you get a little ice cream cup after dinner!

Best ACYE place around. For the lunch AYCE menu, they did take away some of the appetizers that used to be there, like seaweed salad. And the size of the nigiri does seem to be a little bit smaller than before, but you can always just order more so it's not a problem. The service here is super fast, they come around often to get the menu from you and get your order in. They also had a nice lunch deal where you can order one special roll per person, so our party of four got four additional rolls that weren't on the AYCE menu. We came around 12 and luckily no wait although the restaurant did seem pretty full. I love Katsu and always make a trip here whenever I'm in the area.

Sushi Katsu is one of the more solid AYCE sushi places for around $35(ish?) per person. They definitely give you hefty portions when you order rolls so don't be eye hungry like I am and order everything or you'll end up paying extra for leftovers (or stuffing your face like me). The only complaints I have are that they brought us the wrong thing a couple of times (other people's orders) and they also completely forgot a couple of things we ordered as well. It was also really hot when we dined in. I'm not sure if they just had the air conditioner off or if it was broken or something but it wasn't a pleasant experience dining in a restaurant in the summer time with the sun shining at you and the A/C off lol.

Pricing is now $30.95 for dinner. The all you can eat option is a value as the variety and quality is exceptional. From salads to hot appetizers, nigiri and rolls there are multiple options to choose from. The galbi is a newer option (one per person max) Friendly hardworking staff
